We got about 7 inches of snow on the ranch. There is a lot of work to be done, besides playing around in it, after all this much snow in Southern Arkansas doesn’t happen that often. Cleaning troughs, putting out hay and feed, and soaking in the sights makes for a long day in the snow.

Literally up to my knees in snow

After a long day trudging in the snow, the last thing I wanted to see was more snow falling from the sky. Luckily it was only a few flakes, but to be honest I was worn out.

Notice the cows trailing up in the background. Five bucks to anyone who can tell me how many cattle are in the that pasture!
